When you send your children to me they will learn to work independently, while asking for help when necessary. The will get largely positive feedback, though not praise, for what they do. They will identify with what they are learning because it was their idea to engage it. They will hear what I am saying about their work because they have come to trust me and they are interested in the subject matter. Their individuality will always be honored while they learn to be community-minded and respectful of others.
