Butterfly Girl is a partial-scholarship student her. Her parents have told me that she dearly loves to come to art class and from what I see when she is here, she is deeply involved. Here biggest passion over many classes is creating habitats for Puffles. Puffles, little fuzzy pom-pom creatures with big wiggly eyes, have had any number of incarnations here at the school. Somehow the keep on being recreated and Butterfly Girl has taken to them passionately. I will be adding the various environments she is making and adding to as time goes by. Needless to say, this is a child with an enormous capacity to stay on task over a lengthy period of time.
