- Cancellations
If we have to cancel:
- We will call you at least two hours before the class is to begin or we will email you at least 24 hours in advance.
o Please be sure to have your telephone numbers and email addresses on file with us.
If you have to cancel:
I keep a high quality in our teacher/student relationships by not accepting too many students in a class. I save spaces for your child or children and turn away those who would like to attend, when too many students apply. If you’ve signed up for a class, I need to know should your plans change. If your child does not attend a class you have committed, you pay for the class.
